The plan includes preventative dental care and special discounts on restorative work such as fillings and crowns.

Treatments Included in Plan
We provide Diagnostic, Preventative, and Restorative dental treatments in our plan. The following types of treatments are included in the plan:
Diagnostics & X-Rays
- 1 Comprehensive Exam
- 2 Dental Exams
- 4 Bitewing X-Rays
- 1 Fluoride Treatment
- Full Mouth Series X-Rays
(One Every Five Years)
Preventative
- 2 Adult Cleanings
- 2 Child Cleanings
- 1 Additional Cleaning
- 1 Fluoride Treatment
Restorative
- You will receive 20% off all treatment plans including sealants, fillings, crowns, and periodontal treatments.
Exclusions and Limitations
The following are the program guidelines and some limitations of our dental plan:
Limitations
This program is a dental plan, not dental insurance. It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan or dental insurance
- For treatment which, in the sole opinion of the doctor, lies outside the realm of their capacity
- For hospital charges or hospitalization of any kind
- For costs of dental care which are covered under automobile or medical insurance
- For services of injuries covered under worker’s compensation
- For dental procedures that are referred to specialists
- No discounts on consumable items
Guidelines
The following are the guidelines of our dental program:
- Membership fees are due on the day of joining the program.
- No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time.
- Children listed on the plan must live in the household or be full-time students.
- Cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Invisalign, and whitening are not included in the plan discount.
- Membership expires one year after joining the program.
